We look at what's changed for you, what still feels true, and what's emerging next.

No quick fixes or gimmicks. Just a chance to slow down and figure out what feels truest for you.

Fully offline. Phones away, screens off. In a world that hands us an AI-generated answer before we've even finished the question, this is a couple of hours to hear your own thoughts instead.

What you'll get from the workshop

  • Clarity, not advice. An honest look at where you actually are, not where you think you should be.
  • A room that gets it. Small group of women at a similar crossroads. No performing, no explaining yourself.
  • Space to think. A couple of uninterrupted hours away from the noise of daily life.
  • Genuinely offline. Phones are asked to be put away for the session. No notifications, no scrolling, no AI answers, just real thinking time.
  • Something to leave with. Not a plan imposed on you, a vision that's actually yours.
  • Everything sorted. All materials, snacks, tea and coffee included. Just show up.
